Sam believes in a collaborative approach to counselling. He has seen the power of people drawing on their own wisdom, strengths, and relationships as they navigate life's challenges.
He sees counselling as a unique space to pause, reflect, and make meaning of our experiences—a process which can strengthen us to act in ways that fit with our preferred ways of being in the world.
His heart is also for people to express themselves more freely in relationships as well as in their work and areas of creativity.
Main modalities: Person-centred, interpersonal process-orientated, narrative therapy.
