Tena Koe and welcome to Coast Counselling. 

Thank you for the opportunity to introduce ourselves.

 

Coast Counselling was established in 2016 

when a group of local, professional counsellors decided 

to bring their specialities, resources and expertise 

together in service of the wider community.

 

We believe that to be able to live life to the fullest means 

being able to be more fully yourself.

To learn to love and understand who you are, 

so that you can relate more easily with others.

To feel equipped to deal with problems that arise, knowing you have the resilience and resources to deal with them.
